  Stephen Sampson FCA

Stephen qualified at BDO in 1983, becoming a partner at 29 at a specialist property firm and then Head of Property at Baker Tilly and later Chiltern plc.  He then set up an Equity Fund and was involved in a Debt Broking business for Real Estate Finance which closed €4 billion of deals.  Stephen was a non-executive director of four companies and now remains a non-exec in two, having sold the others.  He has returned to the profession as he feels the industry has left a gap for advisors with his mix of experience and commerciality and hopes to grow the firm to be a niche advisor to small owner managed businesses.

Stephen is a keen golfer, sportsman and sits as a trustee on a number of charities.

   Simon Young FCA

Simon qualified with Newman and Partners in 1981 before moving to Roth & Co, a Central London firm, in 1982 and progressed to partnership with them in 1992.  He joined Milton Avis in 1997.  Simon specialises in auditing and corporate tax matters as well as acting for charities and individuals.

Simon enjoys music and has been a member of a choir which has performed concerts throughout Europe and the USA.  Simon also enjoys swimming and many other sporting activities.
